BILLING CLERK

Full‑Time | $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Start your accounting career with us! We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Billing Clerk to join our team. This is a full‑time, stable position that's a great fit for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and supporting day‑to‑day financial operations.

No degree required. High school graduates are encouraged to apply-even those with little or no prior experience. We're happy to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Job Responsibilities

• Compile financial data and submit reports electronically
• Process state billing accurately and on time
• Prepare bank deposits and track receipts
• Manage Accounts Receivable , including billing and collections
• Enter Accounts Payable data
• Reconcile checkbooks and maintain organized financial records
• Use Sage accounting software and spreadsheet tools
• Assist with general accounting and clerical duties as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working with numbers and records
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Sage or spreadsheets is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow in an accounting support role

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience is helpful, but not required
