A well-known and growing Personal Injury Law Firm in New Jersey is actively seeking an experienced full-time Bi-lingual Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities:
? Answer and manage a high-volume, 10-line phone system promptly.
? Route calls to appropriate staff members with accuracy.
? Greet visitors in a professional manner and maintain a tidy reception area.
? Provide basic administrative support including scanning, filing, sort incoming/outgoing mail, etc.
Requirements:
? Minimum 5 years experience of managing a multi-line phone system.
? Exceptional verbal communication skills and a cheerful phone demeanor.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
? Filevine is a plus
Hours: 9:00 6:00 Mon-Thurs, Friday 9:00-5:00pm
