Travel Consultant (Air Ticketing & Corporate Travel)

A Japanese travel company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Travel Consultant with experience in air ticketing and corporate travel arrangements. This role primarily supports business travel for corporate clients and requires strong coordination skills and bilingual communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle airline reservations, ticketing, exchanges, and refunds
• Coordinate corporate travel arrangements for business clients
• Arrange hotel accommodations as needed
• Provide prompt and professional customer support
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with travel policies and client requirements
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience with GDS systems (Sabre preferred, but candidates with experience in other GDS platforms are also welcome)
• Prior experience in air ticketing and travel coordination
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Bilingual in Japanese and English
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
