Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality beverages while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and seating areas
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely

Qualifications:

• Experience as barista or food service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
