School-Based Physical Therapist Opportunity | Gresham, OR
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time school-based position in Gresham, Oregon for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Details
Location: Gresham, OR
Schedule: 0.7 FTE (3.5 days per week)
School Year: 2026-2027
Caseload: K-12 students
Collaborative therapy team with another PT covering the more intensive cases
Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy evaluations and direct treatment services
Develop individualized therapy plans and goals
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
Support students in improving mobility and access to their educational environment
Qualifications
Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
Active Oregon PT License
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
