Sales / Marketing Office Assistant

Part-Time | Onsite | Flexible Daytime Hours

Location: Gurnee, Illinois
Schedule: Weekdays, flexible hours approximately 10:30 am-2:30 pm
Hours: Approximately 16–20 hours per week
Work Environment: In-office

What You’ll Do

As a Sales / Marketing Office Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales and design teams by ensuring materials are prepared, organized, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Print retail signage created by the graphic design team
• Match printed signs with request tickets accurately
• Distribute completed materials to the sales team
• Ensure deadlines are met and materials are delivered on time
• Maintain printers and ensure they remain in good working condition
• Communicate effectively with the design team regarding requests and issues
• Assist with occasional office projects and errands
• Provide general administrative support as needed

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Available during daytime hours, at least 16–20 hours per week
• Prior office experience is a plus, but not required
