Job Description
AIS is looking for school based PTs in Greater Richmond and Greater Fredericksburg areas of Virginia. We are seeking knowledgeable and driven part-time and full-time Physical Therapists to join our contracting team for the 2026-2027 school year.
The Physical Therapist in a school setting functions as a member of a student’s educational team to provide comprehensive assessment and treatment of impaired gross motor skills that limit a child’s ability to access their school and participate with their peers. The candidate must possess a working knowledge of assessment and treatment practices, evidence-based research, adaptations for access to the school environment, and be willing to learn the expected roles and responsibilities of a Physical Therapist practicing within the school environment.
