Job Summary and Responsibilities

Our multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group - Bakersfield , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible ENT Physician to join our team in Bakersfield, California. Practice Highlights :

• Full-scope practice, including outpatient clinic, outpatient surgery center, and hospital consults
• Focus primarily on adult cases, with occasional pediatric cases
• Emphasis on high-quality care rather than patient volume
• Dedicated MA team to streamline workflow and enhance patient care

• One clinic location
• No nights, no weekends, no holidays
• No hospital call

• Mentorship and collaboration with experienced colleagues
• RN Triage during after hours and weekends
• Marketing representative to help build patient panel with various media resources and connecting you with the community

Competitive Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $475,000-$500,000 per year
• Excellent earning potential with a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus

Job Requirements

• MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology (ABMS or AOA)
• A valid and unrestricted California medical license
• DEA Certification
