PT Evening/ Weekend Receptionist
Job Summary:
North Brook Heights Home For Adults is seeking a highly motivated and organized PT Evening/ Weekend Receptionist to join our team. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our community, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive and professional experience for our residents and visitors. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a positive manner
Ensure all visitors sign in/out, completing all required screenings
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Assist with clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, filing, and creating memos
Coordinate transportation
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Skills:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
