The firm is led by a nationally recognized trial attorney and built on a brand that goes beyond the courtroom into the community. We need a marketer who can match that energy. We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can own the strategy and get it done — someone who gets equally fired up by creating a good plan and by seeing it through to execution. You’ll work closely with firm leadership, intake, and business development teams, and manage external vendors who will report to you. No direct reports, but plenty of influence and be creative. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Strategy & Ownership • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s growth goals • Bring the firm’s brand to life consistently across every channel — from social posts to paid ads to landing pages • Manage the firm’s marketing budget and allocate spend for maximum ROI across channels • Own relationships with external vendors and agencies — SEO, PPC, media buying, PR, web, and social — holding them accountable to performance benchmarks • Provide weekly reporting on leads, conversions, cost-per-case, and campaign effectiveness to firm leadership • Own the firm’s lead and new matter goals — you’re accountable for hitting monthly targets, and your bonus is tied directly to it SEO, Content & Social Media • Lead SEO strategy with strong emphasis on local search across Georgia markets — you understand technical SEO, on-page optimization, and how to evaluate and direct an SEO vendor • Drive content creation across blog posts, social media updates, case spotlights, and community content — writing and publishing yourself when needed, and collaborating with colleagues who contribute their expertise; regardless of who creates it, you’re accountable for making sure it gets done and is on brand • Own the firm’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, YouTube) — managing the calendar, engaging the audience, and making sure every platform reflects the brand and marketing goals • Develop and manage content calendars; keep the brand voice sharp and consistent across every output, and use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to move faster without cutting corners Digital Marketing & Lead Generation • Hit monthly qualified lead and new matter targets — this role has a number, and you’ll be expected to know it, track it, and own it • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Social Media, Google Ads, Local Service Ads, and paid social — including building and testing landing pages designed to convert case inquiries • Oversee website content and conversion rate optimization • Track and improve intake and lead-tracking systems — CRM, call tracking, form submissions Compliance & Risk Management • Ensure all advertising and marketing materials comply with Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct and State Bar advertising regulations • Review marketing content for accuracy, required disclaimers, and ethical compliance • Stay current on changes to Georgia legal advertising rules and flag issues proactively Qualifications: Required • 5+ years of marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of both strategy and execution • Hands-on SEO experience: you can evaluate an SEO vendor, spot problems in a report, and know when to push back • Experience managing social media accounts and creating content directly — not just overseeing someone else who does • Proven track record managing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LSAs, paid social) • Comfort with analytics: Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM dashboards, call tracking • Strong project management and communication skills; you can manage multiple vendors and priorities without dropping the ball • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Preferred • Experience in personal injury, legal services, or another regulated industry • Familiarity with Georgia legal advertising rules • Experience with CRMs and intake platforms (e.g., Filevine, Clio, Lawmatics) • Experience with content management systems (WordPress or similar) • Familiarity with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and comfort using them to scale content production efficiently Compensation: $85,000 base + bonuses
