Job Description

We are a high volume, fast-paced insurance office that is looking for a results-driven New Business Advisor. This role requires a dynamic individual to generate new business revenue by prospecting new clients, analyzing carrier options, and providing custom solutions tailored to each client’s insurance needs. New Business Advisor Job Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions across multiple carriers Proactively identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through active prospecting and pipeline management Build long-term client relationships through high-touch service, strategic follow-up, and ongoing account management Represent the company at client-facing events and networking opportunities, with a minimum of two events per month Ideal candidates will possess the following: Active Property and Casualty license required 2 to 3 years of proven sales success within the Property and Casualty insurance industry, ideally in an independent agency environment Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a performance-driven setting Highly self-motivated with a competitive, results-oriented mindset Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately review policies and ensure compliance with established processes Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex client needs Client-first approach with excellent communication skills and a focus on delivering value and building trust Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as Adobe Reader or Acrobat Adaptable and comfortable learning new web-based systems; experience with EZLynx is a plus Employment Type: Full Time Bonus/Commission: Yes
