Front Desk Receptionist (Client-Facing, Administrative Support)

Carolina Family Estate Planning is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the face of our firm while providing essential administrative and operational support to our attorneys and team. Compensation and Benefits Overview

This position offers $18-$20 per hour, based on experience, and is classified as non-exempt. A Day in the Life

In this role, you will ensure the front office is welcoming and organized while supporting daily operations. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering and directing calls, managing schedules, and assisting with administrative tasks. You will also support attorneys and staff by preparing correspondence, maintaining organized records, and assembling client materials. This role balances client interaction with detailed administrative work and requires professionalism, reliability, and strong organization.

Schedule and Location

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Location: 100% in-office at our Cary, NC location

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or client-facing role
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using office technology (phones, computers, printers, scanners)
• Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Computer proficiency; Google Workspace experience preferred
