Record customer requests and details accurately in the company’s system. Coordinate with service locations and dispatch teams to ensure timely response to customer needs. Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all customer interactions. Handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures. Schedule Requirements: 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday Skills / Education / Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. High school diploma or GED required. Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute . Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment. Basic computer skills; experience with call center or dispatch systems preferred.
