Enforces policies, procedures, and mandatory requirements pertaining to the transportation of military/civilian personnel and their dependents to world-wide destinations. Serves as Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE), providing quality control monitoring services to ensure that the Commercial Travel Office (CTO) contractor is in compliance with contract terms. Makes complete travel arrangements for Permanent Change of Station (PCS) and Temporary Duty (TDY) travelers, as well as coordinates movement of human remains. Reviews travel orders and determine entitlements for active-duty military, reserve component members, DoD civilians, and dependents for worldwide travel to include remote and isolated sites.
