This individual will work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing strategic accounting leadership, financial oversight, and operational support. Key Responsibilities Advise leadership teams on process improvements, financial controls, and business performance Lead financial reporting, month-end close, and accounting operations for client engagements Support growth initiatives, acquisitions, and operational integration projects Deliver strategic accounting guidance while driving efficiency and scalability across organizations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including senior-level leadership responsibilities Background in consulting, advisory services, outsourced accounting, or other client-facing financial environments Experience supporting organizations through growth initiatives, acquisitions, integrations, and financial transformation projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
