Join us as we continue our growth journey!** As an expert in integrated business planning, you establish yourself as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and functional experts in our clients‘ organizations* Collaborate with global sales in managing the RFP response process and provide functional/technical expertise in answering our clients‘ requirements* Engage with our clients in discovery, value leakage analysis, presentations and platform demonstrations* Present o9 Solutions and our vision to different levels in our clients‘ organizations - from subject matter experts to the C-suite* Collaborate with the Presales community and product development to continuously improve our platform capabilities and reference products* Present the o9 platform through story-telling and positioning of o9 Solutions as a trusted business partner that will elevate the business’ current practices and create efficiencies in complex use-cases* Partner with the industry solution and account executive team to better understand the industry and target company challenges inside-out* Oversee the creation and execution of customized demos and proof of concepts* Exercise creativity and business acumen in designing practical solutions to meet client needs* Utilize industry demos as a starting point and architect desired incremental workflows in the o9 platform, as per the specific customer and industry needs* Use and modify existing business impact and profitability models to construct ROI message in proposals* Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree strongly preferred* 12+ years of experience in a presales capacity, or related role* Proven experience in supply chain planning process & enterprise planning applications is a must* Excellent domain knowledge combined with excellent story-telling skills* Strong listening abilities with the ability to read through the lines and understand the true concerns of prospects* Proactive and innovative with experience in preparing demos, presentations, and tailored responses to follow-up questions* Ability to demonstrate thought leadership and develop credibility with prospects as an expert in the area of planning* Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain.* Customer empathy and business acumen with excellent communication skills* Expertise in supply planning and optimization is preferred* Expertise in R/Python preferred* Executive presence and ability to communicate well and make an impact with senior executives and decision-makers* Self-starter with passion, energy, willingness to learn, and an entrepreneurial mindset****What We Offer**** * Apply – Submit your application by clicking the below.* Initial Contact – Our recruiter will connect with you via video or phone call to discuss the role and understand your background.* Online Assessment - (If Applicable)* During the interview phase, you will meet with the technical panel for 60 minutes.
