Participate in code reviews, quality assurance testing, and post‑deployment validation. Provide peer mentorship to entry‑level developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Stay current on PeopleSoft development practices, Oracle database technologies, and cloud ERP trends. Actively engage in professional development to build skills applicable to Workday, integrations, and data transformation.
