Job Title: Installation Technician Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Installation Technicians to join our team in Frederick, Maryland. This position specializes in lightning protection field installations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of nationally recognized standards governing the lightning protection industry, proficiency in reading blueprints and installation drawings, and hands-on field installation experience.
Responsibilities
Set up job sites efficiently and safely.
Break down job sites upon completion.
Install lightning protection systems following industry standards.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively.
Move and manage materials on site.
Essential Skills
Concrete, electrical, and formwork skills.
Must have a clean record and a valid driver's license.
2+ years of experience in concrete (formwork), roofing, siding, or electrical work.

Work Environment
Work will primarily be outdoors on flat roofs, so comfort with heights is necessary. The position involves exposure to various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
