We're setting up our Digital & Media operations in the US market and are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our growing team of experts at our Miami office. The SEO manager will be responsible for leading the client relationships, managing the development and execution of their SEO strategy, as well as supporting the Global Team on occasion with pitch meetings, and mentoring junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop excellent relationships with the clients, through developing an in-depth understanding of their businesses, challenges they face, and spotting future opportunities
  • Lead the planning and implementation of innovative SEO campaigns towards the KPIs set for the SEO services, and ensure the service is delivered against these goals and contractual requirements
  • Perform SEO focused analysis on industry, competitors, keywords and search trends to inform and influence SEO strategy and optimization proposals

Required Experience:

  • Produce detailed and strong analytical tech and editorial SEO audit
  • Perform SEO focused analysis on industry, competitors, keywords and search trends to inform and influence SEO strategy and optimisation proposals
  • Analyse business requirements and match them with data to propose the best performing SEO project's solutions
  • Optimize texts, semantical tags and metadata to better match users' queries and increase website's ranking
  • Monitor site health and directly fix technical issues
  • Follow pre-launch and launch of new websites from a SEO-compliancy point of view, supporting developers, and creating efficient migration and redirect plans
  • Develop outreach opportunities, perform backlink analysis and identify and apply a strategic approach to building strong profiles for clients in obtaining new high-quality links
  • Develop and apply local SEO strategies, including managing GMB accounts, analysing the performance, and producing content.
  • Deliver best practice SEO across Google's YouTube Channel and support with video content strategies with SEO performance focus
  • Introduce continuous innovation to our SEO services, by onboarding new methodologies, tech partners and best practices
  • Plan, attend and lead client meetings, QBRs and annual reviews
  • Review the current operational flows, propose and implement improvements where relevant

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 7+ years of previous track record in SEO, covering:
    • Technical SEO management for e-commerce and/or multi-country websites
    • Search tools (e.g. Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and etc.)
    • Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and etc.)
    • Local SEO strategies
    • Developing SEO content and link building strategies
    • Reporting on SEO performance, potentially via using data visualisation tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau or Datorama etc.)
    • Client management
  • Working knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms and up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
  • Knowledge of various CMS for administrating meta changes, copy changes, links and image tagging
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and other web programming platforms would be considered a plus
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office
  • A passion for Digital Marketing, innovative digital solutions, and uncovering trends in data with analysis
  • Experience in managing, training and upskilling team members
  • Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Confident and articulate presenter, with the ability to present to senior clients and internal agency teams
  • Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic industry
  • Must be able to travel at least 15-25% of the time
