• Provide general administrative support to the Sales Support department and cross-functional teams
• Coordinate and complete administrative and project-based work as assigned by management
• Maintain organized records and ensure administrative processes are followed accurately
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors by welcoming and directing them to appropriate staff
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Review orders and provide backup support for order entry as needed
• Support daily departmental operations to ensure continuity and efficiency

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an administrative or administrative support role
• Prior experience supporting office, customer service, or operational functions preferred
• High ethical standards with strong attention to detail and sound judgment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Self-directed with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills
