Relevate is one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in Nevada, Colorado and Arizona, and a top 50 real estate team in the nation! Relevate is looking to hire an experienced and top-notch transaction coordinator to join our Las Vegas team.

Transaction Coordinators at Relevate are responsible for carrying real estate transactions from contract to close and serve the team with expertise in contract compliance, customer service and administrative support.

This administrative do-it-all position really has 3 primary goals in mind regarding their transaction work:

1) Leverage our Agents to free up their time and brain space so we can close more transactions

2) Serve our clients at a high level, protecting their earnest money and financial investment throughout the process with proactive and clear communication and excellent organization.

3) Maintain compliant and timely files so our company is protected and everyone is paid on time!

Beyond the transaction work, our Transaction Coordinators serve as Operational Directors for their local branch and help to coordinate everything from client events, to company hangouts and more! You will work on a team with Transaction Coordinators from our other branches who you can collaborate and learn from!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire closing process within team software from an offer to closing on a transaction
• Make sure contracts are signed by all required parties and Check contracts in key areas that are prone to errors
• Communicate via email and phone with agents about elements necessary to complete files under contract
• Communicate with clients about contracts requiring signatures
• Fill out commission disbursement forms and upload complete file for final compliance check in a timely manner
• Communicate recurring compliance issues with supervisor/trainers
• Coordinate the scheduling of key vendors like inspectors, photography, sign company, title and more.
• Own listing input in the MLS
• Own all dates and deadlines regarding the transaction
• Always seek to leverage our agents, taking more off their plate
• Assist with local branch needs like coordinating client events, team hangouts and more

Qualifications:

• Able to use and manipulate technology to handle the transaction (Key applications are Brivity, AirTable, Gmail, Command etc.)
• Currently holds an active Nevada real estate license
• Has experience working as a transaction coordinator
• Able to work full-time.
• Available evenings and weekends to respond to clients and agents
• Attention to detail - nothing gets past you
• Thorough knowledge of the buying and selling process
• A passion and desire to serve others!
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
