Responsibilities

Data Strategy Analyst

Strategy, analytics, and executive communications lead supporting Enterprise Data Strategy and platform transformation initiatives.

This role will partner directly with the Head of Data Strategy to support strategic planning, business analysis, executive communications, and transformation execution across the Enterprise Data & Engineering organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct strategic analysis related to the Integrated Data Platform, forward deployment model, data products, operating model evolution, and investment planning.
• Develop executive presentations, leadership communications, strategy papers, business cases, and board-ready materials.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support prioritization, operating model decisions, funding requests, and transformation initiatives.
• Support development of operating models, organizational designs, governance structures, and value realization frameworks.
• Create executive dashboards, metrics, and narratives demonstrating progress, adoption, and business outcomes.
• Coordinate leadership workshops, planning sessions, and strategic working groups.
• Synthesize complex technical and organizational topics into clear recommendations for senior executives.
• Support special projects and transformation initiatives sponsored by senior leadership.
• Ideal profile: Highly analytical strategy professional, MBA preferred, with experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, chief of staff, enterprise transformation, or data strategy functions. Exceptional PowerPoint, executive storytelling, business writing, and structured problem-solving skills required.
• Given the strategic nature of these initiatives, I am looking for individuals who are comfortable operating in highly ambiguous environments, can work effectively with senior technology and business leaders, and have experience driving complex enterprise transformation efforts involving data, platforms, and cross-functional delivery teams

Qualifications
