SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support
a key life sciences company with their artwork-related responsibilities while
acting as the primary liaison between the client and SGX. The ideal candidate
will have strong project management expertise, fluency in English and a solid
understanding of artwork production workflows. This role requires managing
multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication, and driving
operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CLIENT ARTWORK MANAGEMENT
* Oversee and maintain artwork files within the client’s artwork management
system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with specifications.
- Upload, organize, and track artwork assets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all artwork files are correctly tagged, categorized, and archived.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any artwork-related issues within the DAM system.
- Provide training and support to both internal and external teams on workflow
system usage.
* Enforce adherence to client-specific style guides to maintain brand
consistency.
* Apply and review brand guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency across
packaging
STUDIO LIAISON
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the SGX.
- Clearly communicate project requirements, timelines, and feedback to all
stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Coordinate artwork approvals and revisions, facilitating a smooth workflow.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the artwork production process.
- Provide regular project status updates internally and to client’s Packaging
Design Operations team and business.
* Organize and lead client meetings and presentations.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before final submission.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and communicate with
stakeholders.
* Maintain detailed project documentation for reference and reporting.
QUALITY ASSURANCE & COMPLIANCE
* Ensure packaging layouts align with brand guidelines through careful
implementation and review.
* Serve as the client’s brand guardian, ensuring global consistency in artwork
production.
* Capture and manage a repository of client nuances, brand assets, and standard
processes.
- Oversee daily system reviews to ensure accuracy in project execution.
- Verify all technical specifications and supplied data align with project
requirements.
* Ensure order entries are complete and concise before production begins.
COLLABORATION & LEADERSHIP
* Share insights on client preferences and workflows to maintain consistency
across the SGX production network.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Exhibit a strong problem-solving mindset and sense of urgency in issue
resolution.
REPORTING & PROCESS OPTIMIZATION
- Maintain CRM data, ensuring all project updates are accurately recorded.
- Provide weekly status reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support audit processes, manufacturer reviews, and distribution tracking.
- Stay updated on pricing matrices and workflow adjustments in the CRM system.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to drive operational
excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management, artwork production, or a
related field.
- Strong understanding of artwork production processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple
priorities.
* Strong problem-solving and customer service
PREFERRED:
- Experience in packaging, printing, or life sciences industries.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Skilled in redlining with exceptional attention to detail.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
- Fluency in other EMEA languages is a plus not essential.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range
displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new
hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including
job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your

This is a remote position in the US. We are open to candidates in various
states, with the exception of those residing in the following: AK, DC, ME, NH,
NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, WV
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic
markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay
range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in
determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location,
experience, and other job-related factors.
