  • Work with partners to ensure the successful evolution and execution of Moove AV programs.

  • Work on a revolving set of high impact priorities and projects.

  • Contribute to programs by developing and realizing overall operations strategy, defining scope of work, understanding requirements, implementing new processes, and contributing to ongoing operational process improvements.

  • Support ongoing performance reporting

What you will need for this position
  • Bachelor's degree, or in lieu of a degree, an additional 2+ years of work experience with program management in operations, strategy, and planning

  • At least 3+ years of experience in operations, management consulting, strategy, project management, industrial engineering, vendor management, or relevant outsourcing engagements

  • Experience driving complex projects

  • Strong preference for someone who is experienced with Kaizen framework and processes

  • Strategy, project management, and data analysis experience. Facility with spreadsheets and financial modeling is a must

  • Availability and willingness to work outside of normal office hours

  • Outstanding organizational skills with a track record of managing organisational systems

  • Growth oriented with a proven track record of scaling up products and new geographies

  • The ability to work autonomously in a decentralised organisation

  • Ability to travel 20% of the time
