Job Title: Production Operator

Type: Temp to Hire

Pay: $18/hr

S chedule : Monday – Friday 7am-3:30pm; overtime available

Location : Twinsburg

Summary :

The Production Operator is responsible for operating and optimizing production equipment to ensure efficient and quality-focused production processes. This role requires a strong understanding of production machinery, materials, and quality control standards. The ideal candidate will effectively analyze and resolve moderate production issues, perform quality inspections, and assist in training new team members.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to optimize output and efficiency.
• Analyze and resolve intermediate-level production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular quality checks and effectively address any deviations or discrepancies.
• Adapt efficiently to shifting production priorities, schedules, and operational demands.
• Conduct thorough inspections of the first piece produced to verify it meets quality standards.
• Communicate adjustments needed to ensure consistent product quality.
• Others duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

• High School Diploma
• English or Spanish speakers; Bilingual a plus
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in operating production equipment and machinery.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical training or certification

Normal Working Hours and Conditions: Core business hours are generally 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. However, this position may require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.

Physical Requirements: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a manufacturing setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 50 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
