Job DescriptionThe Product Marketing Manager is responsible for leading product marketing efforts for Alto-Shaam, developing and executing go-to-market and sustainment strategies that drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our products and system solutions. As a product expert and champion, this role partners across the business to develop solutions-based sales tools, training content, innovative marketing strategies and creative campaigns. The product marketing manager equips our sales team and channel partners with information, data and tools to advance channel and e-commerce sales. This role balances strategy and execution with comprehensive plans and engaging storytelling.
The ideal candidate for an Product Marketing Manager would be able to do the following:
For a candidate to be successful as a Product Marketing Manager they must have:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar required.
7+ years of product marketing management experience.
Strong leadership and talent development skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting.
Outstanding project management and prioritization skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Significant product marketing and development experience.
Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles.
Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns.
High degree of empathy for others’ perspectives and circumstances.
Sharp negotiation tactics.
