Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Competitive base salary of $650,000 annually
• Incentives: Up to $25,000 annual quality incentive bonus
• Additional Compensation: $4,500 annually for CME, dues, and professional expenses
• Paid Time Off: 224 PTO hours plus 40 hours NJ sick leave
• Relocation: Reimbursement up to $10,000

• Schedule and Location: Flexible rotations across outpatient facilities in Atlantic City and Pomona; inpatient services at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for Childbirth in Pomona, NJ
• Other Perks: Robust support staff, advanced technology including Cerner EMR and GE Viewpoint, participation in call schedule, remote monitoring support, work within a Level III NICU with 22 beds, private postpartum rooms

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with a dedicated team of 3 Perinatologists and 2 APNs across outpatient and inpatient settings
• Conduct outpatient prenatal consultations and postpartum management
• Provide inpatient consults at the hospital’s Level III NICU and labor and delivery unit
• Participate in call rotations, including nights and weekends
• Use advanced ultrasound and electronic medical record systems for patient care documentation
• Support remote monitoring programs for diabetic and hypotensive patients
• Work with general OB/GYNs and neonatologists to optimize maternal-fetal outcomes
• Provide specialized care in a multidisciplinary, high-acuity environment

What You Need:
Required:

• Board Certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Active/New Jersey medical license or eligibility
• Relevant clinical experience in high-risk obstetrics (preferred but not strictly required)

Preferred:

• Experience working within a Level III NICU setting
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
