Dermatology Physician in Houston, Texas - Physician-Owned Practice

Join the largest independent dermatology group in Greater Houston. This physician-owned organization continues to expand across the region while maintaining complete physician control, with no private equity involvement and no plans to sell. Whether joining an established clinic or helping launch a new location, providers benefit from strong operational support and a proven growth model.

Practice Overview

• Join a physician-owned dermatology group with approximately 30 providers across 9 locations
• Opportunity to join an existing clinic or help establish a new practice location
• General medical dermatology focus with optional cosmetic services
• In-house dermatopathology services
• Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek

Clinical Support & Resources

• Approximately 40-45 patients per day - Eat what you kill model
• 2.5 dedicated medical assistants per physician
• Dedicated desk nurses for clinical support
• Remote assistants provide scribing and administrative support
• EMA electronic medical record system

Compensation & Benefits

• Income Guarantee that moves to straight collection model - always paid on higher avenue
• Production model paying the greater of guarantee or collections from day one
• Average physician earnings exceed $500,000 on a 4-day schedule
• Top earners generate approximately $800,000 annually
• Minimal overhead deductions and monthly production payouts
