Department: COM | Radiology Diagnostic & Imaging
Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties: The Physician position supports the Radiology department in performing non-interpretive clinical duties, including triaging imaging read requests, managing interventional radiology (IR) requests, and conducting indicated fluoroscopic procedures.
Qualifications: - M.D. or equivalent degree required.
- Completed fellowship training.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by the ABR.
- Medical licensure or eligibility for licensure in Arkansas.
Responsibilities: - Triage radiology read requests to ensure appropriate prioritization and timely interpretation.
- Review and manage interventional radiology (IR) requests in accordance with clinical indications.
- Perform indicated fluoroscopy procedures following established clinical protocols and safety standards.
