DirectShifts is seeking compassionate and dedicated Pediatricians to join our team in providing comprehensive care to children in the vibrant city of Sacramento, CA.

Job Description:

• Provide preventive care, conduct well-child visits, and administer vaccinations to infants, children, and adolescents.  
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of childhood illnesses and injuries.
• Monitor children's growth and development, addressing any concerns or delays.
• Counsel parents on child health, nutrition, and safety.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in pediatrics through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Valid medical license in California State
• Experience in providing pediatric care in various settings (e.g., outpatient clinics, hospitals)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with children and their families
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
