Now Hiring Part-Time Receptionist The Receptionist position answers a multi-line telephone system and greets visitors in a timely, pleasant and professional manner. The Sales Receptionist is responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience at the first point of contact and for directing customers and vendors to the appropriate dealership representative or resource. Skills / Qualities Preferred Include: Monday Wednesday 3:00 PM 9:00 PM Essential Duties and Responsibilities Arrive punctually and inform supervisor immediately of any planned or unplanned absences. Greet visitors, determine their needs and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort. Operate a multi-line phone including answering all incoming calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner, transfer calls to the appropriate person or department quickly, or operating the dealership paging system, calls individuals to the phone. Minimize the time callers are on hold and checks back with them frequently to ensure they wish to continue holding. Take detailed messages when call cannot be completed; including caller's name, telephone number, time of call, and information requested, and delivers to appropriate party in a timely manner. Develop knowledge of basic dealership information in order to respond to callers who have general inquires Notify appropriate personnel of any problems with phone system. Oversee the visitor sign-in and security process. Maintain conference room reservation schedule. Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule. Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Mac Haik Automotive group brand. Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner. Other duties as assigned.
