Position Overview

We’re seeking a charismatic, high-energy On-Air Sports Card Breaker to become a face of our brand. As a natural entertainer, you’ll lead sports card breaks—opening product live on camera, interacting with our audience, and delivering a fun, trustworthy, and memorable experience for customers.

This role is perfect for someone with deep sports knowledge, a knack for showmanship, and the ability to connect & engage with a live audience in a fast-paced environment. Whether you're engaging with longtime collectors or newcomers, your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for each stream. You’ll also play a key role in content creation across our proprietary social media platforms and help represent Layton Sports Cards at industry events.

What You’ll Do

• Go Live & Entertain : Host and lead live group breaks across YouTube, Twitch, and Fanatics Live and new expansion channels
• Engage with Fans: Open and showcase sports card products on camera with energy and accuracy
• Maintain High Integrity : Clearly explain break formats and ensure all participants receive their correct cards. Maintain fairness and transparency in every break
• Grow the Brand: Engage and grow our audience by actively managing the live chat and encouraging participation
• Showcase Yourself: Use your sports knowledge and commentary to keep streams exciting and informative
• Master the Workflow: Handle basic transactions and online tools to support order flow and inventory tracking
• Create a Customer First Environment: Address participant questions or disputes with professionalism and clarity
• Innovate the Experience: Help drive sales while enhancing the viewer experience. Build your brand while folding into our ecosystem.

Who We’re Looking For

• The Consummate Entertainer: Charismatic and comfortable hosting for large live audiences.
• The Sports Enthusiast: Passionate about sports and pop culture—up to date on teams, players, and league trends
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent communicator—clear, engaging, and professional on camera
• Attention to Detail: Trustworthy, detail-oriented and able to manage fast-paced workflows
• Know the Ropes: Proficient in basic math and computer skills (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)
• Adaptability & Drive: Willing to learn and coachable in a fast-moving, team-focused environment. Able to work in an evolving environment with rolling hours.
• Diverse, Energetic & Entertaining: Prior experience in sports casting, livestreaming, casino hosting, or customer service is a plus
• Live Experience : Broadcasting or content creation background preferred
• The Graduate: High school diploma or GED required

Schedule Requirements

Full-time position (8–10 hour shifts, 4–5 streams per week)

Evening and weekend availability required

In-person role based in Apopka, FL (must be able to reliably commute or relocate)
