XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING for a Material Handler I (Picker/Packer)!

Location: Irving, TX 75063
Pay Rate: $13.50/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Possible weekends, primarily Sundays)
Start Time: 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM (Depending on Management)
End Time: Until Production is Finished (Varies Daily)

Dress Code:   Completely Metal-Free

Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler I (Picker/Packer) associates to join our warehouse team in Irving, TX. This position involves picking and packing orders, scanning inventory with RF scanners, and ensuring products are accurately processed according to client specifications. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively multitask while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Pick orders using RF scanners
• Load totes and trays while picking orders
• Ensure items are placed in the correct picking bins
• Pack orders according to client specifications
• Scan items accurately using RF scanners
• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Perform multiple tasks as assigned
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

• Must have experience using RF scanners
• Flexible schedule required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask effectively
