We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative LMS Administrator to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Responsibilities Manage daily LMS operations: user accounts, roles, enrollments, course catalog updates, and learner records. Upload, publish, and maintain courseware packages, SCORM content, interactive modules, and multimedia instructional assets. Configure course settings, learning paths, prerequisites, scheduling, and reporting options to support classroom, virtual, and distributed delivery. Monitor LMS performance, resolve user access and content functionality issues, and respond to help‑desk tickets related to accounts and permissions. Validate course functionality via pre‑deployment testing, pilot reviews, and post‑deployment feedback; apply fixes and update content as needed. Generate training reports, dashboards, and completion summaries for leadership, Training Centers, and program offices. Coordinate with instructional designers, training developers, and system administrators for content deployment, integration, and configuration changes. Maintain metadata, course descriptions, SOPs, and documentation to ensure auditability, compliance, and sustainment.
