What We’re Looking For
A motivated self-starter with strong communication skills
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to stay organized and driven in a remote environment
Passion for service and commitment to building lasting relationships
Comfortable with technology and virtual client interactions
State Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one – we provide guidance)
Ability to work independently and mange time effectively
Openness to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement
Basic computer skills
