Lead Immigration AttorneyLocation: Houston, TX – Fully OnsiteCompensation: $96,000–$105,000 annuallyPractice Areas: Removal Defense (EOIR) | Humanitarian Immigration LawLanguage Requirement: Fluent in English & SpanishLicense Required: Active Texas Bar LicenseAbout the OpportunityOur client is launching a new humanitarian immigration law practice in Houston and is seeking a Lead Immigration Attorney to establish and grow the office.This is a unique opportunity for an experienced immigration attorney who wants to take ownership of a practice while receiving strong operational, marketing, and administrative support. You'll serve as the firm's primary legal representative, helping individuals and families navigate complex humanitarian immigration matters while building a trusted presence within the local immigrant community.What You'll Do• Represent clients in Removal Defense (EOIR) proceedings

• Handle humanitarian immigration matters, including VAWA, T-Visas, Asylum, and related relief options
• Develop legal strategies and guide clients throughout the immigration process
• Build trusted relationships with clients and the Houston immigrant community
• Serve as the lead attorney and public face of the practice
• Partner with legal support staff to ensure exceptional client service and efficient case management
• Help establish and grow the firm's reputation and presence throughout the Houston marketWhat You'll Bring• Active Texas Bar license in good standing
• Experience with Removal Defense (EOIR) and/or humanitarian immigration law strongly preferred
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
• Excellent advocacy, communication, and client relationship skills
