Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Laborer / Production Associate to join their dynamic team. As a vital part of the production department, you will support various operational tasks that contribute to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the team and help drive continuous improvement.

Job Title: General Laborer / Production Associate

Location: North Charleston, SC

Pay Range:

Shift: Second Shift, 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Ensure work areas are clean and free of debris and scrap material, placing waste in proper receptacles
• Assist with general production labor needs such as grinding or deburring parts
• Place and organize punch parts onto pallets for efficient workflow
• Move materials using pallet jacks and forklifts to designated work areas
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team productivity
• Maintain awareness of and comply with environmental and safety policies and regulations

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and environmental policies
• Credential requirements: 100006, 100037
