DESIGNER - CREATIVE SERVICES – Brand and Communications Job Description We are seeking a Designer to support the Brand Communications department at Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. This role will also contribute to broader department initiatives and creative projects across the organization. This position requires a high degree of availability and flexibility to collaborate on key Konami projects on a day-to-day basis to meet project needs and deadlines. As a Graphic Designer, the individual should be comfortable adapting to new design trends and technologies while maintaining the high standards expected by Konami. The Designer will take day‑to‑day direction from the Creative Project Manager and collaborate directly with the Senior Creative Strategist, Designer, and other key stakeholders. This is a temporary position through a third‑party staffing agency and does not provide Konami employee benefits. Primary Responsibility Take an active role in the layout, iterative design, and evolution of both short‑term and long‑term creative projects for Konami projects. Work with agencies and print vendors to deliver on opportunities to engage key audiences with powerful creative design solutions. Design and layout of materials for the purpose of promoting, marketing, and sales of Konami projects. Working under the direction of the Creative Project Manager, Senior Creative Strategist, and Designer – Collaborate on key projects with external agencies and print vendors to deliver on opportunities to engage key audiences with powerful creative design solutions. Communicating and keeping to high‑end Konami standards and specifications. Working under the direction of the Creative Project Manager, Senior Creative Strategist, and designer: Learn, practice, adhere to, and enforce ESRB requirements and design within 1st Party templates, requirements, and guidelines. Work on a wide variety of design projects across the entire Konami portfolio, ensuring all creative outputs (digital, social media, print) are consistent with the company's Konami brand standards and specifications. Track and maintain billable hours, alert the Creative Project Manager to any potential overages, and stay within allocated hours while actively avoiding any unauthorized overtime. Any overtime hours must be pre‑approved by the Human Resources department and the relevant Konami project managers and leads well in advance. Follow the standards provided by the Creative Project Manager, Senior Creative Strategist, and Designer for archiving and naming conventions for all design files. Follow the strict security and privacy policies set by Konami, governments, and partners. Requirements Core understanding and skill with visual design, digital design, motion design, basic print production, online media, trade show environments, and video trailer composition. The ability to work on simultaneous projects in a collaborative setting under tight deadlines; deadline‑driven, organized, and detail‑oriented projects. Work in a team environment and independently. Proficiency in both Mac and PC environments. Additional Optional Software that will be expected to be learned: Blender, DaVince Resolve. Use of Project and Time Tracking Software: Jira, Monday.com, Slack, ADP, others. Understanding of current and future communication channels (e.g., traditional print, broadcast, social media) and upcoming technology tools. 3‑5 Years of work experience in one of the fields: Media Artist, Designer, Video Creation, Digital Arts, Visual Marketing, Mass Communications Creative, social media Artist, Partner Agency Creative, or related creative roles. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Visual Communications, Marketing Design, Video Design, Mass Communications, Graphic Arts, or at least 5+ years of equivalent work experience is expected. #J-18808-Ljbffr Konami Digital Entertainment
