Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our team in Albany. In this role, you will work closely with clients to navigate complex family law matters, including divorce, custody disputes, and child support issues. Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in matrimonial and family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child support matters.

• Manage discovery processes and ensure compliance with court deadlines.
• Advocate for clients in court hearings and family offense proceedings.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and share insights.
• Participate in negotiations and mediation to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Stay informed about changes in family law legislation and legal precedents.
