Responsibilities:
• Expertise in Service Management and Customer Service in SAP S/4HANA, they should be familiar with Service and Warranty; Industry experience in Life Science (preferred)
• Lead will have discussions with client to understand business requirements and drive conversations related to an SAP functional consultant
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
• 8-10 years of experience in Service Management and Customer Service in SAP S/4HANA
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to create and sustain meaningful client relationships; outstanding SAP configuration skills along with SAP Activate experience
• Strong technical knowledge, and the capability to communicate findings and recommendations to the client's management team; able to design and configure SAP S4/HANA order to cash functionality and provide guidance to offshore teams for any required development related to the order to cash functions
• Deep expertise in the following SAP business processes: Contracts, Order Management, Pricing, Deliveries, Shipments, and Billing
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
