Location: On-site | Doral, FL

Schedule: Monday Friday | 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Reports To: People Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruiting for security officers.
• Uniform and logistics management (10% of the time)
• Office management within corporate office
• Advise the operations department and the VP of HR on recruitment needs
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
• Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions
• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and license verification
• Partner with operations and HR to forecast staffing needs and create job postings
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates and maintain relationships for future openings

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to occasionally lift or carry office supplies or equipment up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to communicate clearly via phone, video conferencing, and in-person.

Qualifications

• Minimum 34 years of recruiting and or HR experience (security industry preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Florida and other state licensing requirements for security officers a plus
• Experience with ADP, BambooHR, or similar applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree in HR or related field preferred)

Work Environment

• Position will be at our office in Doral, FL.
