RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! Are you experienced in electrical assembly or panel wiring and enjoy working with precision? We're looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. What You'll Do:

• Assemble and wire electrical control cabinets and panels using engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Install electrical components such as relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, and wiring.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, layout drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
• Inspect and verify completed assemblies to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all manufacturing procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, control panel assembly, or a related manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings .
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments .
• Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring practices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed work instructions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for detailed wiring and assembly work.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with occasional noise and varying temperatures.

Work Environment:

This position is based in a climate-controlled manufacturing workshop . Safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection are provided. Employees should provide their own steel toe boots . The work requires precision, attention to detail, and consistent adherence to quality and safety standards.
