About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Corporate Event Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of our company's global event portfolio. This role will oversee a wide range of programs — from large-scale internal conferences to executive briefings, customer summits, and recognition events. The ideal candidate has deep experience managing complex, high-visibility events within the technology or semiconductor industry and thrives in a fast-paced, engineering-driven culture.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, that may include major industry trade shows, technical conferences, executive briefing programs, and corporate strategy eventsDevelop and manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts, ensuring on-time, on-budget deliveryPartner with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Comms and Executive teams to align event strategy with business goals and product roadmapsNegotiate contracts with venues, general contractors, AV providers, and other vendorsPartner and manage external agencies/contractorsOversee event registration platforms, attendee communications, and post-event reporting using CventManage risk, compliance, and safety considerations for on-site events (badge security, export control awareness for technical demos, NDA-covered content, etc.)Stay current on industry trends, competitor presence at major shows, and emerging event technologiesTravel domestically and internationally as required (estimated 20% or less)Required QualificationsBachelor's degree 5 - 7 years of experience in corporate event management, with at least 3 years managing large-scale conferencesStrong vendor and contract negotiation skillsExperience with Cvent event management/registration platformsExcellent project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlinesStrong stakeholder management skills, including experience working directly with C-suite executivesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsWillingness and ability to travel internationallyPreferred QualificationsExperience managing events at major industry eventsBackground in managing hybrid or virtual event formatsProject Management Certification (PMP) or Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)Experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or broader B2B technology industryAdditional InformationTime Type:Full timeEmployee Type:Assignee / RegularTravel:Yes, 20% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
