CNC Machine Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a CNC Machine Operator candidate for a company based in Cullman, AL. You will be responsible for safely operating steel fabricating machinery with the sites business goals and objectives.

Pay Rate
$18 plus (based on experience)

Schedule and Hours
Sunday 11pm-7am / Monday through Thursday 9pm-7am

CNC Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Machine materials specifications, using machine tools such as grinders.
• Set up, adjust, or operate basic or specialized machine tools used to perform operations.
• Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, or materials onto machines.
• Monitor the feed and speed of machines
• Study blueprints, drawings, or engineering information to determine methods or sequences of operations needed to fabricate materials.
• Lay out, measure, and mark metal stock to display placement of cuts.

CNC Machine Operator Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Previous work-related skill, knowledge or experience
• Proficient communication and organizational skills
• Highly motivated and able to work independently or with a team
• Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds consistently
