The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

The Impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of IT FinSight Delivery team, this role serves as a Business Analysis lead for DTCC’s Enterprise Resiliency Dashboard (ERD) and PagerDuty platforms, driving the translation of incident management needs into scalable, automated, and insight-driven capabilities.You will play a critical role in shaping product direction, accelerating delivery, and enabling data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across incident management and resiliency functions.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Translate business and stakeholder needs into well-defined user stories and backlog items aligned to ERD roadmap priorities
• Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure readiness for development (Definition of Ready)
• Drive backlog refinement sessions with Product Owner and engineering teams to ensure shared understanding
• Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Partner with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate business functionality
• Support UAT cycles with business stakeholders and ensure requirements are met
• Collaborate with project team, product management, and stakeholders on assigned aspects of the project
• Participate in the estimation of resource needs and schedule of work through interactions with related stakeholders
• Understand and apply industry-specific best practices & standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
