Bilingual Junior Recruiter

Diversified Personnel Services (DPS), a division of Opportunities, Inc., is hiring an Entry-Level Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist. This role is a great fit for someone ready to step off the production floor and use their real-world experience to help others find the right job.

Job Locations:

• Watertown (Bilingual required)
• Oconomowoc (Bilingual preferred)

What You'll Do:

• Connect with job seekers daily through phone calls, texts, emails, and in-person conversations
• Interview candidates and guide them through the hiring and onboarding process
• Make outbound calls and follow up with potential candidates
• Match candidates to production and manufacturing roles by understanding both the job and the person
• Provide a positive, supportive experience from first contact through start date
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in recruiting systems
• Work closely with the recruiting team to support client hiring needs

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working in a production, manufacturing, or similar hands-on environment required
• Customer service or people-facing experience required
• Recruiting or sales experience helpful, but not required
• Valid driver's license required
• Bilingual skills required for Fort Atkinson
• Non-bilingual candidates welcome for Oconomowoc
