Your main Tasks:
* To work safely no matter what. Safety is our highest priority.
* Install, connect, and test electrical systems in large-scale commercial construction projects.
* Place conduit inside partitions, walls, and other concealed areas.
* Pull insulated wires or cables through conduit to complete circuits.
* Use testing equipment to check circuits for proper connection.
* Ensure electrical stability and safety of all components.
* Attend weekly Apprenticeship classes.
Experience or Certification needed:
* No prior construction experience required.
* A High School diploma or GED is required.
You need to be able to:
* Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.
* Be punctual and reliable.
* Work as a team.
* Do Basic "Tape measure math"
* Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.
* Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
* Work efficiently in confined spaces.
* Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
* Exercise fine motor control, with good vision and excellent hand-eye coordination.
