Performance Hub is currently seeking an Analyst II to join our Performance Hub practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Work flexibly in a centralized, high performing team environment, providing robust support to both internal / external clients to include coordinating with team members / stakeholders located in various geographic locations, utilizing virtual communication tools, and ensuring seamless project delivery
  • Assist in the planning / execution of project tasks, including but not limited to, coordinating meetings, managing project requests, maintaining project deliverable schedules, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and reviewing deliverables for accuracy and proper formatting
  • Support the review of data across multiple systems and maintain personal compliance of operational / regulatory risks
  • Maintain knowledge of policies / processes to ensure consistent competency and KPIs are met
  • Handle multiple projects, prioritize competing tasks, and help resolve project issues with the support of the Senior Analyst or above; actively contribute to the culture of the center by assisting other team members / supporting the development of SOPs and training initiatives
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve common issues (e.g. - single source sign-on (SSO) / multi-factor authentication (MFA), account access, permissions, browser / cache, navigation, data entry, reporting) escalating per defined protocols
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold Performance Hub's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of IT Help Desk, Service Desk, Call Center, or client support operations experience
  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); demonstrated ability to work successfully in a target driven operational environment
  • Experience with a ticketing / CRM platform (e.g. - ServiceNow, Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, Jira Service Management, Freshdesk) preferred with familiarity with omni-channel support tools (voice / softphone, chat, email)
  • Intermediate understanding of business / technical competencies, organizational tools, and processes with ability to draft, proofread, and analyze reports from various database and software applications via Microsoft products
  • Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas quickly and effectively through written narratives / diagrams
